Applicability This applies to any project or service engagement.
Cancelation Terms
Pre-start: Full refund (if no work began).
Post-start but pre-delivery: Refund of any prepaid unused portion, minus bank/transaction fees. Work already completed is billed.
After delivery & approval: No refunds; ongoing services can be canceled per the “Termination” clause above.
Refund Process Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation. Any bank/transaction fees will be deducted from the refund total.
Booking-Specific Services (e.g., PPC, Email Campaigns) Fees cover strategy development, ad spend setup, and campaign execution. Cancelling mid-campaign: billed for work executed and ad spend incurred; remaining budget fully refunded if pre-paid.
Custom Development/Maintenance Industry-standard logic applies: cancellation results in billing for logged time and expenses.
