1. Cancellation

• Projects can be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to work completed and resource allocation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment
• Service not delivered due to internal error
• Cancellations within the eligible window

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Custom work or ongoing marketing campaigns once initiated
• Subscription-based services (e.g., monthly retainers)
• Delays due to client non-responsiveness

4. How to Request
