Services We provide digital marketing solutions: web & e‑commerce development, social media strategy, email/WhatsApp campaigns, SEO/SEM, PPC, Shopify support, third‑party integrations, UI/UX design, and automation. Services and deliverables are outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement.
Proposals & Payment A detailed scope, timeline, and fee quote are included in your proposal. Payments follow a mutually agreed schedule. Delays in payment may lead to work suspension.
Client Obligations Clients must provide timely access, content, credentials, feedback, and approvals. Delays may extend timelines and incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property (IP) We retain IP in our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Upon full payment, clients own IP related to the delivered project (e.g., website code, design files). We may use your project in portfolios unless confidentiality is specified.
Confidentiality Each party will keep confidential all business, technical, and financial data shared during engagement, except if the information is already public.
Warranties & Disclaimer We strive for professional, accurate work but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., traffic rankings, sales). The services are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect damages—such as lost profits or data—arising from contract breaches or negligence. Our total liability is capped at the total fees paid by you.
Termination Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice. If you terminate early, you’re responsible for fees for work completed plus project wind-down costs.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Maharashtra.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed, and continued use implies acceptance.
